Nicely done. A guilty pleasure, somehow, ogling killers. But very well done. And some very good photography, it goes without saying.

Oh, what does "Capa-sharp" mean. Presumably a reference to Frank, but . . .

Thanks -- I always learn something.

Honesty ❣️

"Perp walks aren’t going away. Like mug shots, we need them, because they are not of us.³"

My FAVORITE:

"The New York Times is not reporting the news here, they’re attempting to shape it."

Thank you for your insight and analysis.

Yes, the walk has an influence on public perception. Richard Allen who was recently found guilty in the Delphi, Indiana double murder case was always chained up and surrounded by husky well armed guards.

Charles Manson was given the dangerous criminal treatment, often chained up and escorted by shotgun toting guards.

But Luigi is no Richard Allen or Charles Manson. Far from it. And crafting him into a dangerous criminal/terrorists is going to take some doing. Even more so when you start looking at the things Luigi’s family is into. Country Clubs and Health Care. His extended family, his mother and father’s side and their parents.

The Little Italy connection. The Catholic Church connections of Luigi’s parents and grandparents. And the Mangione’s connections to “old money” aristocratic Baltimore families.

You don’t know where to begin. The cemetery plot the Archdiocese of Baltimore sold to the Mangione’s Turf Valley Club in Elicott City, next to the old Charles Carroll estate. Or what happened to Fallston General Hospital in Bel Air, Maryland after the Mangione’s got a hold of it. Apparently that’s where the Mangione’s got their foot in the Healthcare System door.

It seems that if the mayor and his entourage cared about the safety of the people of New York, justice for every American, and a show of respect for a person who died a horrible a horrible and senseless death, they would have been participating in the perp walk of Sebastian Zapeta, who set fire to a woman on the subway and watched while she burned to death. It is my understanding that Zapeta is undocumented and the woman (as yet unidentified) was possibly sleeping in the subway. Apparently neither of those people deserve much attention. Just another boring every day American murder story without much potential for political exploitation. Still, you would think Adams would see some potential benefit to paying a smidge of attention to subway murders although I guess it really comes down to a matter of priorities.
