Keep an eye out for the sound guy, with the boom mic. It was his first day on the job - he’s in shock, expressionless.

What caught my eye was near the end of the CBS tape, there’s a man casually finishing his cigarette as chaos unfolds before him!

Look for the sound guy - it was his first day on the job, he was shell-shocked, staring into space zero expression

Watching the footage makes me wonder who the man in yellow is who goes to tackle Hinkley. Well done as always.

Great presentation. V well done. I did not spot Hinckley in that initial photo!

My grandfather did some contract work for the pentagon in the 80s, and my father knew the secret service agent who pushed Reagan into the car.

There’s a documentary entirely about the hospital staff that treated Reagan that day. It’s a bit dated, but still holds up. “The Saving of the President”

You are right. The photo from La Fata has so much to it-so much! What an image! And to think, Hinckley has an active YouTube channel sharing his music. Wild.
